Purchase Policies

Class Package Policies

Single classes expire three months from date of purchase. 5 Class Packages expire 3 months from the date of purchase, 10 Class Packages expire 6 months from the date of purchase. Class Packages are non transferable and non refundable. Sharing of class packages is not permitted. If you have any questions please contact [email protected]

Monthly memberships activate on the date of first use. For all contract memberships, class credits expire at the end of the billing month and cannot be rolled over to the next month.

Special promotional packages and workshops may have shorter expiration dates.

If a reservation is early cancelled the class is credited to your Vertika account to use towards future reservations. Purchases will not be refunded to your credit card, or given back as cash.


Return Policy for Packages

Single classes, class packages, unlimited packages, special promotions, workshops and memberships are non-refundable and non-transferable.


Return Policy for Merchandise

NO refunds. We will gladly accept returns of unwashed and unworn merchandise with the tags attached within 15 days of purchase date for store credit or exchanges. All clearance items are final.

Class Booking Policies

Reservation & Cancellation Policy

Classes can be reserved online using Mindbody, by phone or by email. If a reservation is cancelled early (more than 3 hours prior to the start of the class), the class will be credited to your Vertika account to use towards future reservations. If a reservation is canceled within 3 hours of the start of class, a late cancel fee of $10+hst will be charged. If a notice of cancelation is given, a no show fee of $20+hst will be charged.

Private Lessons

Reservations for private sessions must be made in person, over the phone or by email. Please contact [email protected] to inquire about availability. Reservations may be cancelled over the phone or by email 24 hours before the start of the workshop. Private lessons canceled after the 24 hour cancelation window will be charged full price for the missed service.


Waitlists

If you are added to class from a waitlist, you need to confirm your reservation 3 hours prior to the start of class. Once a class is confirmed, you will be held to the cancellation policy for that class.


Cancellations

Reservations and Classes booked are subject to a 3 hour cancellation window. You must cancel your reservation online, on the phone or in the studio. Classes purchased cannot be refunded or transferred.

Studio Etiquette

Arrival

First time clients are requested to arrive 10-15 minutes before the start of the class. For safety reasons, clients cannot join the class after 10 minutes of the class starting.


Late Arrivals

Vertika allows a 10 minute grace period, clients who arrive after the grace period will not be allowed to participate in class for safety reasons.


Etiquette

Please refrain from using cell phones during class. Proper footwear must be worn for each class in the studio, please bring indoor running shoes for all classes requiring shoes. Pets or unattended children are allowed in the studio during class.

Students must not instruct each other during classes and open studio. Please refrain from excessive talking during classes, as it is important that everyone is able to clearly hear instructions.


At Vertika, we are committed to providing a high quality environment for all clients. We are dedicated to maintaining an environment in which each client can feel safe and respected. In order to assure a positive experience, clients are expected to conduct themselves in an appropriate manner at all times while participating in Vertika programs. The following standards of conduct apply to all clients during their program participation as well as to all guests during their visit to the Vertika. The client must conduct themselves in an appropriate manner while in a program or within the Vertika Pole Fitness Studio. Clients are expected to be respectful of other participants and staff.
